Southport Victoria Park
Southport, PR8 1RX
8th - 15th October 2024
A fun loving seaside town, Southport has an abundance of independent restaurants and bars as well as historic Victorian architecture, including an iron pier , the oldest in England and the 2nd longest.
When it comes to beaches, you’re will be spoiled for choice, with 22 miles of coastline from Formby Beach, Ainsdale Beach, Crosby Beach (where you can visit the famous Antony Gormley ‘Another Place’), and Southport Beach itself. Along all of which you can enjoy some of the most stunning views, by foot or by bike.
Nearby there’s Birkdale Village, The Botanic Gardens, and Churchtown, where you can enjoy the serenity and landscape. Across Southport, there are several spots for shopping, eating, and drinking and we have our own hub for culture vultures at The Atkinson..Also don’t forget to visit Southport market, originally opened in 1881and rebuilt in 1931 after a fire, where today they offer a rather eclectic eating experience.
During our stay at Victoria Park, which is located just a short walk from Southport town centre and close to the coast, there is the Southport Comedy Festival.
The grass pitch price includes EHU but there are no dedicated showers or toilets.
We will however have access to fresh water and waste facilities.
Pitch Fee: £23.50 / unit per night (inc EHU)
Rally Fee: £1 per person (Guests £10 per unit)
Rally Marshals: Trevor & Sheila Howard
Closing Date for bookings: Tuesday 3rd September 2024
